Do you assist with installation?

Providing installations, at this stage, is not part of our online business model. We are a wide format printer and sign manufacturer. This is our specialty and because this is our focus, we can optimise our efficiency and productivity passing the cost savings on to our customers.

Where do your products come from?

C4 Print is Australian owned and operated, since 2017, with our head office in Point Cook, Melbourne. We print and manufacture all online products locally in Melbourne, Australia. Our print media is manufactured in Germany and South Korea.

We also have trusted print partners in the Gold Coast and Melbourne that allow us to expand our custom offering and volume capabilities, in addition to meeting our varying logistics country-wide.

Sustainability and environment?

Being an online company, we have focused on being paperless in administration, and our deliveries to customers are mostly carbon neutral. Our print equipment contains more than 85% recyclable/reusable content by weight and our wide format print process uses water-based inks that meets the high standards of UL ECOLOGO, is UL GREENGUARD GOLD certified and meets Ag BB Criteria for VOC emissions - suitable for use in hospitals and childcare settings.

Deliveries, pick-ups and drop offs?

We offer a free pick-up and a drop off service at Entrance C4, Level 1, 2 Main St, Point Cook, VIC, 3030. If you would like to drop off or pick up anything, this can be done through reception. We also ship directly to your home or workplace, or collection point using a large network of couriers. 

Can I visit the store to speak to someone?

You can visit us at Stockland Point Cook S/C, Entrance C4, Level 1/2 Main St, Point Cook, VIC, 3030 by appointment only. We are just opposite Jamaica Blue in the same building. We are an online business and we primarily service customers over our website, over the phone, through our Live Chat feature and via email.

How can you offer such good pricing for so many products?

We are able to offer low prices by focussing on efficiency and automation in our manufacturing process, which allows us to produce high-quality prints and signs at a high speed and low cost. We also leverage large order volumes to negotiate better prices with our suppliers and partners, passing these savings on to our customers. Additionally, our online ordering system and streamlined processes contribute to our ability to offer affordable prints and signage. By focussing on production, we can run an economical ship and can pass the cost savings on to our customers.

Do you deliver to PO Box?

Yes, we can but we will in this case use Australia Post to ship products. Please note that Australia Post does not accept products larger than 1.05m.

How long will it take to receive my product?

Your purchase is custom printed, so please allow 1-3 business days for production (depending on products and demand), after artwork approval, plus shipping from Melbourne. Standard metro delivery should be within 3-5 business days, while regional/rural will take longer. Products will be shipped with tracking.

What is the maximum size allowable for shipping?

Generally, prints can be shipped on cores or in boxes. We typically cut panels to 1220X1220mm to facilitate shipping. Larger orders may require a pallet which you will need a forklift to offload. This will be organised on a per-order basis

Do you accept returns?

Because your product is unique, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind. However, please do contact us if your product arrives faulty or damaged and we will happily replace this for you. Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your product with photos of the packaging and item.
