Refund policy
Exchanges and Returns
Because your product is unique, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind. However, please do contact us if your product arrives faulty or damaged and we will happily replace this for you upon its return to us. Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your product with photos of the packaging and item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and have been returned to us. We do not accept exchanges and returns on custom made products and for change of mind. Issues with delivery timing and collection/non-collection timing will not be refunded or exchanged as this is beyond of our control.
For product exchanges and returns, you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@c4print.com.au and send your item to: C4 Print, Entrance C4, Lvl 1, 2 Main Street, Point Cook, VIC, 3030
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you are located, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
