Enjoy our free local delivery on orders within 5km from our office, unless otherwise specified. Flat rate shipping nation-wide for $15 per order. This offer runs until further notice.

Dispatch and Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 24-72 hours, depending on order volume and our current workload. You’ll receive tracking information once your parcel is shipped.

We strive to deliver your order promptly across Australia. Delivery timeframes are typically as follows:

  • Metro Areas (All States): 1-3 business days
  • Regional Areas (All States): 3-5 business days
  • Remote Areas (All States): 5-7 business days

Standard shipping costs start from $15 per order, depending on your location and product up to 20kg.

Bulk orders, shipments over 20kg and or 1.2m, please contact us directly for a tailored shipping quote.

Express Shipping

For faster delivery, we offer $50 express shipping up to 5kg. Please contact us directly to arrange express shipping for larger quantities. We’ll work with you to meet your specific delivery needs. Our live chat can help you promptly.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

By using our service, you acknowledge that the courier will use their discretion to leave your parcel at the delivery address if no one is available to receive. We are not responsible for any loss or damage once the parcel is delivered. If you prefer a signature-required delivery, please let us know when placing your order.

Delivery Timing 

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, C4 Print cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or other factors beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed. We recommend that customers do not rely solely on the estimated delivery time for urgent or time-sensitive matters. Any delays caused by the courier service, weather conditions, or other external factors are outside of C4 Print's responsibility.

Uncollected Items & Return Shipping Costs

If an item is returned to C4 Print due to non-collection, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to resend the item. C4 Print will notify the customer of these additional charges, and payment for the reshipping will be required before the item is sent again. If the customer chooses not to proceed with reshipping, the order may be canceled, and any applicable refunds or store credits will be subject to our refund policy.
