How We Work

1. PLACE YOUR ORDER ONLINE

Have a chat to one of our friendly staff members. They will point you in the right direction and they will be your point of contact throughout.

They will help you to choose the right product online and with the right artwork option and will help answer any questions you might have.

2. WE COLLABORATE TOGETHER ON DESIGN

Either, you have uploaded your artwork when placing your order, and your order moves into production

OR

You have requested help with setting up files, creating new designs or editing existing ones. We help you make the right design for your purpose and you will be sent a proof for your approval.

3. PRINTING AND/OR MANUFACTURING

Once artwork is approved, it then moves into the production stage where your sign is carefully made to your specifications.

It generally takes 48 hours to produce your print/sign after artwork approval.

4. DELIVERY TO YOU OR PICK-UP POINT

Once your sign is produced we ship Australia-wide from Melbourne to your selected destination or click and collect pick-up point. We notify you of the arrival at your destination.
